Olive Farm

Olive Farm Villa combines the luxury of five star bathrooms and kitchens with some traditional Mediterranean features such as stone fireplaces and arches. Once an olive farm, it is set apart in its own grounds of olive trees yet Agia-Marina beach is less than 5 minutes’ drive away, or 15 minutes by foot.

A choice of traditional and modern tavernas are available to you at only 7-10 minutes’ walk in the two villages of Old Agia Marina and New Agia Marina.  Yet from the villa you have unspoilt views of only olive farms and the bay, a scene which hasn’t changed for centuries if not millennia.

The villa is luxury itself and sleeps up to 12 if let as one large villa.  Designed so that it can also be let in two halves, it provides: 2 external pools, 2 gyms, 2 indoor heated swimming pools with Jacuzzi function, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and several balconies.

The generous external terrace overlooks the swimming pools, set in olive groves; additional balconies provide a place to have your coffee in the morning sun admiring your private views of the calm green hills and bay or the mature garden where oleander, palms and hibiscus grow. A barbecue area is provided in each garden.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned; each kitchen is extensively equipped for ease and comfort: dishwasher, oven, large fridge, toaster and microwave.  Each sitting room is equipped with satellite TV, a CD and DVD player. 

A maid service is provided twice a week. Linen, bath towels and beach/pool towels are provided. Linens and bath towels are changed twice a week.
